The finale Low Carbon Banquet For A Hundred marked the conclusion of Hackney’s Low Carbon Chinatown project. At the banquet, 100 people from different walks of life – scientists, environmentalists, teachers, students, families, civil servants, councilors and mayor – came together to enjoy a series of low carbon Chinese dishes developed with UK-based East & Southeast Asian communities, scientists and food writers.
